٠ In pursuit of a new narrative to dignify life & work ٠
– Buddha (as translated by D. Goddard, 1994)
Not all communication is made equal. And, not all publicity is good publicity. If your organisation, business or brand wants to ensure the relationships you are building with your key stakeholders are founded on goodwill and mutual understanding, you’re in the right place.
More and more, we are stepping back to look at how the organisations we work with and buy from are showing up in our lives. We want to know that we are in good company; that we are spending our time and money with organisations who care about the same things we do…and we want to hear how they are taking their responsibilities as seriously as we take our own.
As a founder, senior leader or brand guardian you’ll already know that reputation is everything. Of course, what you say about yourself is important but even more critical, is what others are saying about you. That’s where I come in.

My somewhat unorthodox path means I tend to approach communications a little differently. Having enjoyed a portfolio career – as a communications consultant and holistic wellbeing practitioner – I understand, first-hand, the growing desire for purpose-led products and services that add real value, especially in the wellness sphere.
Get in touch if you’d like to discuss how I can help you maintain a meaningful dialogue with the people that matter to your business – customers, colleagues and suppliers alike.

We’ll agree the scope of my support during an Intention Setting Session but to give you a flavour, I can turn my hand to:
Unusual as it might be, I’ve looked to nature to inspire a planning process that will gather together much of what we’ll need to move forwards. It doesn’t need to be lengthy but it plugs us into the big picture and places your work into the wider world in an elemental way.
The five stages of this process create a virtuous circle, similar to that shown below, and begins with an intentional Pause.
